Reformer Group Classes
Jump into our 50-minute Pilates reformer sessions, designed to wake up every muscle and lift your spirits. Get all the good stuff from classic Pilates, like a stronger core and better spine flexibility, and throw in some intense resistance training to tone and tighten. Every class aims to boost your game – think better balance, posture, bone health, and quicker injury recovery.
Beginner
Everyone's welcome in our Beginner class. It's all about getting the techniques right and mastering the foundations, with an emphasis on form and control. But heads up – while it's beginner-friendly, it's far from easy. Perfecting your form means feeling the burn, especially if you’re just stepping into the world of reformer Pilates.
Intermediate
Raise the stakes with our intermediate classes. Your heart will be racing as you mix resistance workouts with more challenging Pilates moves. And don't worry about getting lost in the crowd – our dedicated teachers and smaller class sizes mean you’ll always have guidance to maintain that form and control.
Advanced
For those who love a challenge, come join us in our most intense class - advanced. It's not for the faint-hearted but will get you hooked on pushing your limits. This class dives deep into advanced reformer Pilates techniques. But before you jump in, make sure you've done an intermediate class.
Stretch & Release
Take some time for yourself with a stretch & release class on your rest days, or if you just want to focus on realigning and stretching out your body. Expect to hold postures using parts of the reformer to open your hips, pelvis and spine. This class is sure to release tension and calm your nervous system!
Private / Duo Classes
Start with a friendly chat about your posture, daily habits, and what you're aiming for. We'll whip up a program that evolves with you (and your buddy!) as you journey with The Flow Playground. And there's always time for a catch-up with your instructor to see how you're doing.
Our private space consists of 2 reformer beds, with more equipment to come in the near future!
